yes.. it is red-throated.
Actually, these are 2 species - Red-breasted and Red-throated.
Red-breasted flycatchers are more common in eastern europe and russia; though they migrate to India as well but Red-throated seems like most commonly found in India and in western ghats. There are differences in these 2 subspecies but to me these are very hard to find.
